HR Operations Director
Given Pam Phillips' passion and adoration towards her family and friends, it's no wonder she found her home here at Henderson as our HR operations director. Having been with Henderson since 2007, Pam believes her strengths and experience help her navigate challenges to find successful solutions. She prides herself on creating an atmosphere of inclusion and acceptance, and through that, is able to improve employee relations and help her colleagues grow.

Pam's dedication to her work and our mission to build a better world is evident through her involvement in many impactful Henderson initiatives including UNITE and Henderson Training. When she's not structuring strategic plans for the company, Pam is making arts and crafts with her family or dreaming of a vacation to beautiful Colorado. Similar to her favorite team, the Lakers, this basketball enthusiast is always taking it to the net for Team Henderson.
