As a kid, Andrew loved building things out of nothing. That’s how this principal found his way to engineering: exploring what he loved doing. And he’s pretty good at it, too. While new construction has a certain thrill, Andrew prefers the challenges of remodeling, retrofitting, and taking something old and making it new again. And, since his start at Henderson in 1997, he continues to grow through the things he builds at Henderson.
Andrew is skilled at guiding both the production and people sides of our business. He describes himself as outgoing and reliable, but also fun, which keeps his team motivated and eager to meet client needs. Whether it's working on his next project on his farm or directing operations of our client sector, Andrew is skilled at thinking strategically from a high-level viewpoint, always able to focus on key ways to proactively address potential issues before they arise.
