With more than two decades of experience in the community sector, Doug has worked closely with architects, contractors, and school and facility administrators to design innovative environments nationwide. He is well-known across the industry for not only his proactivity and responsiveness, but also the unflappable leadership he brings to every team he is a part of.
As the community sector operations director, Doug oversees the staffing and fiscal responsibility of the sector. Making sure we have the right people on the right projects is Doug’s passion. His calm and steady leadership has made him a favorite with clients. That’s no surprise to us though because he’s a favorite of ours, too.
