Doug has always been passionate about all types of buildings and systems and truly enjoys seeing how everything comes together at the end of the day. Joining Henderson Engineers in 2011 he was drawn in by our culture and strong leadership team and now he helps keep that culture going by ushering in and inspiring the next generation of leaders through his two favorite activities — mentoring and playing as many rounds of disc golf as he can.
Working on many different projects and within several different sectors, he brings a high level of design knowledge to Doug's role as client practice director and principal. His dedication to collaboration, encouragement, and problem solving has led the way for he and his team design and execute successful projects.
