AN EXPERIENCE MODIFICATION RATE (EMR) LOWER THAN THE INDUSTRY AVERAGE
Investing in our employee owners well-being means making sure everyone goes home at the end of the day. Through our comprehensive training programs and access to advanced equipment we’re able to provide our team with the tools they need to go through every stage of every project. It all begins with a regularly updated safety manual, monthly safety trainings, and regular updates to ensure their safety in every situation. Our employee owners also have access to  on-demand safety training videos to use as resources. Additionally, all employees are required to hold an OSHA-10 certification, and our leadership is required to carry an OSHA-30 certification.
