Wildcat Aquatics Center - Blue Springs School District

The Wildcat Aquatic Center at Blue Springs High School is a new $10.8 million, 20,000 SF facility designed to accommodate the swim team’s rising popularity. Located just down the road from the high school, the new center provides expanded deck space, retractable bleachers, and two additional lap lanes. Spectators can also enjoy a birds-eye view over the pool as athletes practice and prepare for competition. With expanded seating and versatile spaces, the Wildcat Aquatic Center can now host swim meets as well as community programs like CPR and first aid classes. The building also proudly displays Blue Springs High School’s spirit with bold purple and gold accents throughout.

Henderson Engineers played a key role in bringing this project to life, providing acoustics, audio-video, electrical, fire and life safety, mechanical, plumbing, security, and telecom services for the new aquatics center.
