Henderson Engineers assisted with the growth of their nationwide presence by providing expertise in electrical, fire & life safety, mechanical, and plumbing system design services. Working directly with [solidcore] and multiple architects on the initial round of projects, Henderson successfully managed 17 store openings simultaneously, ensuring all design specifications were met. This consisted of taking existing spaces and evaluating the reuse of current equipment, while keeping the budget in mind to minimize unnecessary expenditures across all locations. Our team helped solve various technical challenges that arose across the locations, such as sound attenuation due to a dropped ceiling, revising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to best accommodate each unique space. Through this continuous work and trusted relationship, we helped in developing their design standards for future locations.
