Replacement Hospital & Medical Office Building - Prosser Memorial Health

Prosser Memorial Health is on a mission to improve the health of the communities they serve across southern Washington state. They have a vision of becoming one of the top 100 critical access hospitals in the nation by focusing on their core values: patient loyalty, staff and employee development, and providing top quality service.

In 2019, Prosser Memorial Health tapped Henderson Engineers for their newest project: a fully electric hospital complex located on 33 acres in Prosser, WA. With sustainability as a core pillar of Henderson, we were excited at the opportunity to design these facilities. The complex, including a new 85,000 SF hospital, 15,000 SF medical office building (MOB), and 1,500 SF maintenance support building, will replace their current aging facility. The hospital is designed as a critical access facility and will house 25 beds. The MOB will serve double-duty, providing not only outpatient services but also act as an education center for medical staff, employees, and patients.
