Studio Xfinity opened their second experiential retail store in the heart of our nation’s capital. This Gallery Place storefront invites everyone to explore their brand which includes an array of products and services in internet, video, mobile, home automation, and security. The space is divided into multiple areas for guests to enjoy on a leisurely basis. Guests can test out Xfinity’s X1 Entertainment Operating System in their X1 Living Room, sit back and relax in the Lounge, where movies screenings and TV shows get displayed, or grab a cup of coffee from their in-house Colombe Coffee Bar.
Whenever possible, our design reused the existing building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Slight modifications were made to the electrical service to adequately accommodate the power needs of the space. Also, the space required new interior fire alarm system devices which connected to the base building’s fire alarm system.
