Henderson Engineers is involved in multiple tenant improvements and infrastructure upgrades for the adaptive reuse of the historic, 30-acre, industrial complex, Alameda Square, into a mixed-use development titled ROW DTLA. Situated between downtown Los Angeles and the Arts District, ROW DTLA features six buildings totaling more than 1.3 million SF of creative office space with retail, restaurant, and fitness spaces on the ground level of each building.

Selected tenant improvements include:

B1 Building Suite 524 - Mechanical and electrical upgrades. The work to be done is limited to the addition of general storage room, photo/video equipment storage room, three telephone rooms, nursing room, and photo room.
B2 Building Ground Floor - Build out of 41,000 RSF of cold, dark shell base building into varying states of completion including: (8) gray-shell retail suites, (7) gray-shell restaurant suites, (2) turnkey retail suites, and (2) restaurants suites.
B2 Building 2nd and 4th Floors - 100,000 SF of office tenant improvements and common spaces.
B2 Building Suites 528-531 - Office tenant improvement.
Bodega LA - 8,000 SF high-end fashion boutique.
ROW Athletic Club - 3,743 RSF fitness space.
