Located in Kansas’ second most populated city, Prairiefire is a non-traditional 60-acre mixed-use development in the sense that the developer decided to anchor this mixed use with a cultural component, the Museum at Prairiefire. Prairiefire also includes retail, office space, a boutique hotel and spa, condominiums and townhomes, five parking garages, a common area, and a 3-mile nature walk. Due to its variety, Prairiefire’s mission is to provide not only an entertaining experience but also serve as an educational hotspot the entire family can enjoy, making this a great destination for all ages.

Henderson has provided design services for Phase I and Phase II, which included the core and shell for more than 10 buildings. Specifically, Henderson completed the following tenant improvements:

Fresh Market: Fresh Market was designed as a European-style gourmet market.
