Luxury fashion house, Bally, has a long history, more than 160 years worth, of specializing in leather goods, shoe craft, and Swiss design. Credited with having a hand in developing the first boots to walk on the moon, innovation is stitched into their legacy.

The street-side, corner location of a landmark historical building on Madison Avenue, was pegged as the perfect location for Bally’s new store. Henderson Engineers was selected to provide building systems design on the two-level space which included a large sales floor and cellar stockroom. Extensive coordination to route ductwork and place large groupings of LED drivers in limited spaces was necessary to outfit the store properly. We worked extensively with the architect to integrate HVAC supply diffusers and return grilles into the perimeter wall system. This provided a high aesthetic and ensures thermal comfort throughout.
