Henderson’s Manager of AV and Collaboration Recognized as Industry Leader

Henderson Engineers congratulates its manager of AV and collaboration, Erica Williams, for being inducted in The Nine 2021 by SCN Magazine, a leading publication geared toward the audio visual (AV) and information technology (IT) industries. The Nine is an annual list that highlights young innovators within the sectors.

Williams has been instrumental in ensuring Henderson’s business operations run smoothly as most of the firm continues to work from home during the pandemic. Not only is she the lead Zoom expert within the company, she undertakes technical writing, manages company broadcasts, installs hardware, and more.

In SCN’s announcement, Williams expressed a deep passion for what she does.

“Communication is something I’ve always been interested in, and using technology to help people communicate effectively is the best of both worlds,” she said. “When done right, you’re not simply transferring data from Point A to Point B; you’re creating an environment where people have an experience. Getting to help curate that experience drew me in.”
