Omid Mottahed, civic practice director and a principal at Henderson Engineers, is included in the 2022 edition of People & Projects to Know (PTK) Magazine, a yearly publication that highlights the most influential commercial real estate experts in Arizona. He is one of only 118 professionals honored statewide from a pool that includes real estate agents, land agents, developers, engineers, entrepreneurs, and more.
A 16-year Henderson veteran, Mottahed was among three employees who founded the company’s Phoenix office in 2005. His leadership, business savvy, and client relationship skills have helped solidify Henderson’s presence in The Valley, which has grown to a team of 37 and built a solid roster of clients across the Southwest. As civic practice director, he oversees projects related to public safety and public service across the country.
