Chrisman Authors Security Technologies, Code Compliance Article for ASHE Health Facilities Management

Henderson Engineers Healthcare Practice Director/Vice President Mark Chrisman wrote an article on security technologies and code compliance for ASHE’s (American Society for Healthcare Engineering) Health Facilities Management magazine. The article covered current codes guiding the location of security cameras in healthcare facilities.

Healthcare buildings and campuses can have many different security-sensitive areas based on risk assessments performed by the facilities, and many have to remedy concerns and requirements for security as well as fire and life safety.

In addition to leading Henderson’s healthcare practice and coordinating strategy nationwide, Chrisman has designed healthcare environments for some of the biggest names in the industry, providing technical expertise on fire protection and code consulting. He holds three engineering degrees – including a Ph.D. – from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where he has been featured as an outstanding alumnus.
