Nan Knecht brings over 25 years of healthcare industry experience to her role as project director in our health sector. Starting as a graphic designer and advancing to leadership in operations and project management, she understands how design impacts patient care and staff efficiency. Her expertise in clinical space design drives innovative, cost-effective, and patient-centered solutions. In this role Nan is focused on optimizing outpatient and inpatient spaces and helping healthcare systems adapt to industry shifts, including the need for flexible and sustainable facilities.
Nan’s involvement exceeds past the halls of Henderson, she actively serves on the Metropolitan Organization Countering Sexual Assault (MOCSA) Board in Kansas City, the Women in Healthcare Heartland Board, the LIFT KC Advisory Board, and the Rockhurst University Helzberg School of Management Dean’s Advisory Board. She is also a member of CREW KC. Outside of work, Nan enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, and their five children, especially during the holiday season. She also unwinds with binge-worthy shows, golf, and walks with her dog, Chief.
