Maria approaches each project with a focus on building relationships. This level of partnership allows her to easily connect with the design and construction team as well as the building owner. Her attention to details and strong communication skills are key when it comes to understanding an Owner’s needs.
One of Maria’s favorite parts of her job is diving into the nitty gritty of electrical systems, identifying any code discrepancies, and potential energy savings for our clients. Maria’s passion for lighting allows her to brainstorm cost effective lighting improvements to bring additional life to the building, as well as enhanced and simple control strategies. Her ability to communicate with other disciplines brings a partnership to the team resulting in holistic building upgrade recommendations.
