Josh always knew he was going to follow in the footsteps of his grandfather and be an engineer. A passion for engineering was instilled in him at a young age as he worked on cars and systems around his family’s farm. He sees HVAC systems as the breath of a space and seeks to ensure comfortability for any user who may occupy it. He believes HVAC systems are most successful if no one notices their impact upon entering a building.
He is always looking out for his clients and finding ways to improve the design process. With every project, Josh searches for ways to make things faster and cheaper for the client, and simpler for the project team. He loves the challenge of designing unique solutions. In fact, it’s his focus on innovation that drew him to Henderson Engineers in the first place – and why he’s an invaluable member of our Health Sector team.
