Mike McCluskey

Community Sector Operations Director | Principal
For as long as he can remember, Mike has wanted to design buildings. Originally leaning toward becoming an architect, when he was in college, Mike was persuaded to pursue the architectural engineering route instead — a great move in our opinion. Since joining Henderson Engineers in 1998, Mike has helped our firm grow from a modest regional outfit to a national industry leader. With a passion for building long-standing relationships, his influence can be seen in multiple pockets across the company.

A principal and the operations director for our community sector, Mike provides oversight and guides sector management of personnel and resources. He looks for ways to bring harmony across our people and our projects, a challenge that Mike has a knack for balancing. Having previously enjoyed serving as our director of national offices, Mike believes the relationships he formed through that role contribute greatly to the community sector and its growth across the nation.
