Trillium Office Building

Henderson Engineers provided design services for the core and shell of the mixed-use building. Due to the location of this new, three-story, 90,000 SF creative office building within the Warner Center Development Plan in the City of Los Angeles, this project is subject to achieving "LEED Silver Equivalency". We designed our mechanical system for flexibility in order to accommodate future tenant buildouts. Currently, the space plan shows 15 tenant spaces designed to cold dark shell space. The building also features a three-story occupied atrium which required the design of a smoke evacuation system. In addition, Henderson provided Title 24 performance modeling service for compliance with the California Energy Code.
