Informed Infrastructure magazine recently published a story highlighting the role of Henderson Engineers as lead engineer for the ongoing $1.5 billion New Terminal project at Kansas City International Airport (KCI). The publication interviewed Henderson Principals James Dietz, aviation practice director, and Brent Felten, client relationship director, both of whom have worked extensively on the project since 2017. Dietz and Felten covered a variety of subjects for the wide-ranging article including Henderson’s use of 3D modeling, the company’s approach to acoustics design, and future proofing the New Terminal, which opens in early 2023.
