Through the years, we’ve worked with various authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) on hundreds of projects and have established relationships and are highly respected by AHJs throughout the country. Furthermore, Henderson has systems in place to facilitate travel as necessary.

Building commissioning is one of the best risk management strategies available. Regardless of whether a facility is new construction or under renovation, nothing is more important than constructability, functionality, energy efficiency, and maintainability of the space. Henderson Building Solutions specializes in commissioning and retro-commissioning for most major market sectors including healthcare, venue, workplace, K-12, retail, and higher education, and has the capacity to tackle projects of any size. Our fire and life safety team can also perform National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) ITM (inspection, testing, and maintenance) inspections including underground fire lines.

We develop and evaluate code modification requests and can provide forensic fire & risk analysis. Our team can provide in-person or telephone consultation supported by technical reports and/or presentations, performance reports, and analysis.

• Third-Party Plan Review
