We are Henderson Proud to be attending this year’s BuildOUT California Founder’s Day event on June 1st in Downtown Los Angeles. Founder’s Day is one of the largest events for LGBTQ/Allied businesses and professionals worldwide. This event will kick off pride month, and we are looking forward to the discussions around advocacy and inclusion in the AEC industry. Team Henderson’s Mischa Haramia is being honored with the Groundbreakers Award at the Gala. Mischa serves as our venue sector entertainment practice director and is critical to continuing innovation in facilities ranging from performing arts to concert venues, casinos, and so much more. As she moves the industry forward in her work as an engineer, Mischa is an advocate in the LGBTQ+ community and continues to help us build a better, more inclusive, world every day.
