Erica originally joined Team Henderson in 2015 as a mechanical designer and has risen through the ranks to become a senior project manager. She believes that one of the more important conveniences of the modern age is being able to control climates, whether for comfort, safety, or preservation purposes. Â
One of the friendliest people you’ll meet, she enjoys building relationships both inside and outside the walls of Henderson. Whether she’s leading a design team, bringing buildings to life or rallying local members of Team Henderson for a give back event; as one of the inaugural members of Henderson’s newest location in Denver, Colorado, Erica embodies the energy and positive atmosphere she experienced from her very first interview with Henderson.
