Clients enjoy working with Aaron because of his proactive nature. He establishes a relationship of trust and communicates every step of the way so owners can make informed decisions. Aaron’s work experience stems from different practices and angles. He brings in a unique perspective having worked in property management, as a contractor, and now on the engineering side.
Aaron’s favorite aspect of his role is working with new designers and teaching them best practices and the tools to be an effective communicator. As project manager, Aaron sets important markers/goals and communicates the status to all members of the team, ensuring those project requirements are met within schedule as well as budget.
