As passionate about the AEC industry as she is about cheering on her beloved Royals, Robin Broder’s 20 years of marketing experience add value to every interaction she has as Henderson’s CMO. A vice president, Robin is responsible for setting corporate-wide marketing and sales strategies, fostering employee engagement, procuring work, building strong client relationships, and creating brand awareness for the firm. In previous lives she helped market everything from Hallmark greeting cards to the construction industry, but Robin will tell you she found her true calling at Henderson when she joined our family in 2014. Leading a group of 20 marketing and BD professionals, Robin is passionate about building a cohesive and highly-productive team who helps the firm win work, but who also has fun along the way. She is also one of those rare breeds who actually enjoys presenting. Not only has she developed and taught several classes within our Henderson University curriculum, but she also speaks nationally on topics such as soft skills for technical staff and empowering employees to become brand ambassadors. She’s definitely an all-star; we’re glad she brought her big-league talents to our team.
