Holly Bachand guides our firms’ strategic communications, digital marketing and brand development, leading a team that finds creative ways to tell Henderson’s story through words, photos, and video. Her goal is to find the angles that resonate and the messaging that is critical to break through, capture attention, and drive action or change. This plays an integral role in ensuring Henderson strengthens its national brand in the AEC industry and beyond.
As a brand journalist, she is always on the prowl for an engaging story to tell that brings Henderson to life, whether it’s a cool new project, new design solution, or new hire that we’ve made. Holly’s sixth sense is her ability to stay in-tune with all that is happening across Henderson Companies. Her impact goes beyond the marketing team. She is currently the co-chair of Empower, our women’s employee resource group, and serves on Henderson’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) committees.
