Director of Los Angeles Operations | Associate Vice President Austin Allen probably had no clue what was in store when he first started an internship at Henderson in college and then joined us full-time in 2006. But as time will tell, Austin became one of our rising stars, moving his way up the ranks over the past decade. He also literally moved for Henderson; first to our Phoenix office and then further west where he opened the Los Angeles office in 2014. He's a big-picture-kind-of guy, which shows in the exponential growth the Los Angeles office experienced within three years of opening. What made Austin stay after that first internship? It was the company's support for employee growth— as he describes it, “if you can dream it and do it, Henderson will support it.” Currently an associate vice president and director of Los Angeles operations, Austin leads the office by example, intent to build the same Henderson culture found nationwide but incorporating a little SoCal style.
