As Henderson’s Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Jason keeps his eyes on the future, challenging Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions to take our business to new heights. When Jason joined Team Henderson in 1997, he was entrenched in the day-to-day of project designs, as well as forensic engineering investigations. Through the years, Jason’s leadership and care for people, both clients and employees, elevated him to one of our top executives.
As CGO, he oversees the execution of Henderson’s strategic initiatives across all lines of business by leading annual business planning, organizing task forces, and strategically aligning opportunities and resources to help Team Henderson reach our full potential for the benefit of all our employee-owners. Business growth isn’t the only thing Jason is passionate about, though; a big part of what drives him is helping others grow. Whether it’s identifying an innovative way to tackle a complex project, mentoring a colleague in advancing their career, or giving back to a community cause, Jason is committed to helping others succeed.
