James Dietz

James has a passion for creative problem solving, knowing that the best solution is a combination of inspiration, innovation, and a little perspiration. James enjoys the process, knowing the little difficult details along the way were worth it to people and communities who use the facilities he helps bring to life. He’s the Aviation Practice Director for our Venue Sector and says one of his proudest accomplishments in recent years is helping Henderson land a major airport improvement project close to home at Kansas City International Airport. James is also involved in developing Henderson’s disadvantaged business inclusion program, an internal initiative that identifies, prequalifies, tracks, and awards work to our partners in the disadvantaged business community with the objective of building their portfolio with projects varying in scale and complexity.

Outside of work, James uses his attention to detail in woodworking and house renovation projects along with staying active with his kids. He gets involved with his community in various organizations and loves dedicating time to improving the place he calls home.
