What do you do when you haven’t taken a vacation in 20 years? If you’re Paul Villotti, you retire to your farm – then decide retirement isn’t for you, hire someone to bale your hay, and return to work as a renowned expert in fire protection and life safety.
“After three months of retirement, I realized I missed working,” said Paul. “I am happy to return to what I love the most – mentoring and training the next generation of fire and life safety experts and providing counsel to clients. I’m excited to see what the future holds at Henderson.”
As our new Director of Life Safety, Paul will join Henderson’s fire and life safety group, which includes 39 fire protection engineers, code consultants, former firefighters, and life safety specialists.
With more than 35 years of experience, Paul has spent his career helping venue managers, operators, and facility owners obtain building permits, respond to fire marshal inspection comments, and resolve building and fire code issues by providing technical justification for code equivalencies and variances. He’s literally the one you call…for pretty much everything related to fire protection.
