Henderson’s LA Office Honored With Professional Excellence Award From Chinese American Construction Professionals

The Henderson Engineers office in Los Angeles was presented a Professional Excellence Award in Engineering from the Chinese American Construction Professionals (CACP). The award honors Henderson’s commitment to the industry and to providing opportunities for Chinese American professionals. Former Henderson employee and industry partner, Yu Guan, nominated the firm for the honor.

“We have extreme gratitude for this award coming from such an esteemed organization,” said Austin Allen, director of Los Angeles operations/vice president. “The CACP is important to us because they value vision, impact, benefits and membership the same way we do at Henderson. The CACP’s 2020 focus, engage to innovate, is particularly meaningful to us because it’s fueled by engaging a diverse group of professionals at Henderson and our excellent partners. It will help us drive the industry towards greater innovation across all the distinguished trades we work with.”

Henderson’s LA office was also recently named a Best Place to Work by the Los Angeles Business Journal for the second straight year.
