Henderson Board Chair Recognized Among Women Who Mean Business

Robin Broder Gibson, chair of the board for Henderson Companies and chief marketing officer (CMO) for Henderson Engineers and Henderson Building Solutions, is among twenty-five business leaders selected as part of the 2023 class of Women Who Mean Business by the Kansas City Business Journal. The prestigious annual awards program honors local executives for their exceptional career accomplishments and contributions to the business community.

Since joining Henderson in 2014, Broder Gibson’s multifaceted impact on the firm has included overseeing strategic planning as well as marketing and sales, communication, employee engagement and education, client experience, and more. Her efforts have helped the company double in revenue and personnel. Outside of work, she is involved in various commercial and charitable causes such as serving on the board of directors for The Kansas City Area Development Council (KCADC), Kansas City Art Institute (KCAI), KC Global Design, and Della Lamb Community Services, as well as the advisory board for Braden’s Hope for Childhood Cancer.
