She’s adept at employee engagement, talent development, recruiting, and HR operations, and is passionate about fostering professional and personal success for our employees.
When we set out to fill the CPO role, it was important for us to not only find an expert in human resources, but also someone who got the Henderson culture. Described as “thoughtful, empathetic, and easygoing,” Mindy was (and is) the perfect fit. Outside of the office, Mindy is an avid reader and loves traveling. As a self-proclaimed morning person, she enjoys getting an early start to her day and spends the bulk of her free time attending youth sports with her husband for their two kids.
