Lidia has more than 20 years of refrigeration experience. She started her career in appliance refrigeration and worked for nearly a decade with a commercial refrigeration OEM. Her most memorable projects include the fourth commercial refrigeration rack system design with NH3/CO2 in the United States, the design of the first CO2 refrigeration rack system, and the design of the first CO2 refrigeration rack system with full efficiency.
Lidia is not afraid to change the status quo. As cold chain technology evolves towards the use of natural refrigerants, she continues to learn the latest trends and technologies to help our clients design the most efficient and sustainable refrigeration system. Lidia is an active member of Team Henderson and enjoys mentoring the next generation of engineers.
