Park Place

Park Place is a mixed-use “urban village” north of Town Center Plaza. The goal of this project was to create an environment similar to the Country Club Plaza and Brookside in Kansas City. The project included condominiums within walking distance of shops, dining and office space. About a quarter of the 34-acre site is reserved for parks and open space including landscaped sidewalks. Additionally, both curbside and open-air garage parking are provided.
