Acrisure Stadium Improvements - Pittsburgh Steelers

On Sundays in the Fall, a sea of black and gold terrible towels fills Acrisure Stadium. From miscellaneous improvements to end zone renovations, Henderson Engineers has worked to incorporate new amenities and retrofit existing systems to help set the game day atmosphere of Steelers Nation.

Renovations have included the enclosure of the south end zone of the stadium, creating the PNC Champions Club. This premium seating area gives fans the opportunity to catch the game at field level and have access to club amenities such as floor-to-ceiling players tunnel views, a high-definition video wall, and private dining options. Other improvements to the stadium that Henderson assisted with is the addition of the new team store located in the north-east corner of the field level.

We’ve also worked closely with the Steelers on the retrofit of the existing scoreboard control room and addition of video boards throughout Acrisure Stadium. Working to minimize cost and impact, but maximize atmosphere on game day, we performed an extensive site analysis of existing conditions to deliver an integrated solution that met the stadium’s needs.
