In its recognition, Arkansas Business highlighted several aspects of Henderson’s employee experience, including its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), employee recognition programs, social events, and volunteer opportunities. The award also reflects anonymous employee feedback gathered as part of the selection process.
This marks the fourth time Henderson has received the award.
