Henderson Engineers’ Bentonville Leader Promotes International Women’s Day on KNWA/FOX24

Henderson Engineers Director of Bentonville Operations/Associate Vice President Arron Cooper joined Good Day NWA on KNWA/FOX24 News to share details of the upcoming Northwest Arkansas International Women’s Day celebration with the Rotary Club of Bentonville. Cooper noted that Henderson is serving as the title sponsor of this year’s event, and that giving back is part of the firm’s purpose to create environments where employees can reach their full potential. Fellow Henderson Associate Vice President Mike Fall is the president-elect of the Rotary Club of Bentonville and played a crucial role in the partnership.

The festivities are scheduled for March 8 from 7:30 – 11:30 a.m. CT at Record Downtown in Bentonville. Angie Grant, associate vice president for learning and leadership development at Henderson, will provide the opening remarks. The purpose of the event is to support and spotlight women as successful leaders in business and life. In line with Rotary International’s official “Be the Inspiration” theme, NWA Women’s Day will feature a dynamic group of businesswomen — along with their mentors and mentees — to discuss the people who have inspired them to strive for career success.
