E Williams, audio-video (AV) designer at Henderson Engineers, is a 2024 honoree in the 40 Influencers under 40 list by Commercial Integrator magazine, a leading trade publication. The annual list recognizes up-and-coming leaders who are having a significant impact within the commercial AV industry. In addition to her design contributions to stadiums and other large developments as part of Henderson’s venue sector, E is noted for their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, including serving on the AVIXA (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association) Women’s Council, which champions women within the technology and AV industry. She is also a co-lead for UNITE, the Henderson people resource group focused on promoting equity and inclusion for LGBTQIA+ employees and families.
