Al Spinelli, mechanical technical manager for the mixed use practice at Henderson Engineers, is among a select group of up-and-coming leaders within the building industry who have been named among the 2024 Rising Stars by the New York Real Estate Journal. The honor spotlights professionals who have recently achieved significant career milestones.

Spinelli, a 16-year industry veteran based out of Henderson’s New York City office, was selected given his appointment to the Construction Codes Revision Mechanical, HVAC & Boiler Technical Committee by The New York City Department of Buildings. The posting tasks him with helping draft and revise codes for the nation’s largest city, shaping the spaces where millions of New Yorkers live, work, and play.
