Arizona Contractor & Community Showcases Henderson-Designed NBA/WNBA Training Facility

Kelly Hyde, sports practice co-director at Henderson Engineers, was interviewed for the January/February 2023 issue of Arizona Contractor & Community magazine about the company’s Verizon 5G Performance Center project in Phoenix. Henderson served as the lead building systems design engineer for the $45 million training facility, a shared home for the Phoenix Suns NBA team and the Phoenix Mercury WNBA team. Hyde discussed a variety of key attributes of the project including key features and how they benefit the teams as well as the challenges of incorporating building systems into the project’s high-end finish.
