Zona Rosa

Located on 93 prime acres, Zona Rosa is the premier shopping, dining, and business destination in Kansas City’s booming Northland market. For this project we provided building system design services for the core and shell finish of this $200 million, multi-phased development project.

This town center project features approximately one million square feet of space that includes more than 100 specialty retail merchants and restaurants. This open-air, mixed-use shopping center also features office, hotel, ample parking spaces, and residential areas situated along pedestrian friendly streets and public plazas. With a dynamic atmosphere and a vibrant year-round appeal, this space gives its patrons a truly unique experience.
