Henderson Engineers provided design services for a new NFL practice facility and headquarters for the Minnesota Vikings. More specifically, the elements of this project include an indoor training/practice facility built to NFL standards, outdoor stadium with fixed seating for 6,000 spectators, concessions, retail area, and restrooms. The practice facility will be composed of player locker rooms, hydrotherapy and training areas, weight room, and laundry facilities as well as house administrative offices for the Minnesota Vikings football operations staff. In addition, there will also be four outdoor fields and associated parking for players and fans. This project will be designed with a goal for LEED certified status.
