This 48,000 SF city hall and 15,000 SF police facility is a 2-story one-stop-shop building with council chambers, governmental office, and administration functions. The council chambers is equipped with an audio-video system that sends out live feeds to cable television, electronic voting, newsroom studio, and a small private chambers for private council member meetings. The police facility includes juvenile and adult holding cells, high density evidence storage, hazardous evidence storage, mobile command center, and police command office operations.
