Fashion Place

Managed by General Growth Properties, The Fashion Place Mall is one of the state’s largest shopping centers that serves the affluent community of Salt Lake City area. Since GGP ownership in 2004, the mall has undergone multiple renovations, and we completed the 50,000 SF expansion on the mall’s north end. The expansion is set to bring in long-awaited retailers and restaurants in addition to updating interior décor throughout the new concourse area, new exterior storefront finishes, enhanced landscaping, and two new mall entrances.

Henderson completed utility coordination and cold dark shell for the expansion project.
