Underscoring a commitment to growth, innovation, and new business capabilities, Cargill constructed a new headquarters facility in downtown Wichita, Kansas.

The four-story office building is home to more than 750 employees with space for growth of up to 950 team members. With close proximity to the Cargill Innovation Center, Cargill Protein Group’s headquarter campus is designed to promote collaboration and market-leading innovation.

Henderson provided building systems design and an energy analysis for this 150,000 SF office building and 400-stall parking structure. The early stage energy modeling scope for design refinement and life cycle cost analysis encompassed the new office structure, tenant improvements, and structured parking garage in addition to load reduction modeling to target envelope performance goals and internal load reductions strategies.
