The ROW DTLA development features six repurposed warehouses totaling 1.3 million SF of creative office space with ground floor retail and restaurants. To expand on their onsite amenities, the developers created an exclusive tenant-only fitness space.
Branded as the ROW DTLA Athletic club, this boutique gym features state-of-the-art fitness equipment, locker rooms and showers, classes throughout the day, and access to personal trainers. For this project, engineering aesthetics played a big part in the design to ensure everything lined up and the building systems did not detract from the interior design. Henderson Engineers applied water-source heat pumps with hot gas reheat for dehumidification to maintain a comfortable environment while patrons complete their intense workout.
