An impressive steep-angled grand entrance now graces the skyline of Ashwaubenon and Green Bay. The Resch Expo offers patrons and event attendees a world class event center with impressive views of the adjacent Armed Forces Plaza and Lambeau Field.

From striking architectural lighting that accentuates the architectural form (both inside and out), to HVAC solutions designed for flexibility and ease of operation, to immersive technology experiences, Henderson Engineers provided a comprehensive building systems design across all of our primary service lines.
The new Expo Center is anchored by a 120,000 SF expo hall, divisible by 3, and bounded on the west by large operable glass doors, allowing for the experience to flow inside and out, with the iconic facade of Lambeau field in the background. Similarly the mezzanine level meeting and flex spaces spill out onto an elevated deck, overlooking Armed Forces Plaza and Lambeau.

The adjacency to the existing Resch Center afforded opportunities to leverage spare capacities in existing systems infrastructure and provided challenges with integrating the egress pathways and smoke control strategies of the Center with this new obstruction to the West. In all, the Resch Expo brings the Lambeau Field redevelopment from Titletown to the East across the stadium to the West, stitching together a unified entertainment and venue district.
