Midwest Trust is an example of this type of relationship. As an independent, state-chartered trust company, Midwest enjoys a reputation for investing in their employees and the spaces they work, so they partnered with Henderson to convert an open office space into a more traditional private office environment.

A key element to this upgrade was the design of a new HVAC system that provided reliable temperature, pressure, and humidity control. By researching manufacturer specs, we were able to recommend equipment that met their needs while saving Midwest more than $50,000 in related costs. However, with a goal to ease future modifications, Henderson took this upgrade one step further and designed a system to support the implementation of modular controls throughout the building.
